Constance residents who have already registered for the citizen survey and who have agreed to be contacted again can participate. Participation is, of course, voluntary for all those contacted.
At the request of the university, the city of Constance draws a random sample of 1,500-4,000 citizens from the population register every three years. The selected individuals receive a cover letter from the university containing a link and an individual code with the request to register there for the online survey.
This ensures that only those people who have received a code participate. In addition, this makes it possible to send reminders if no registration has taken place. Registration is necessary so that the University of Konstanz can contact you for the next surveys.
